Ionisos joins the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) and commits to a 42% reduction in carbon emissions by 2030

At Ionisos, sustainability has always been at the heart of our strategy. We are taking another major step by joining the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi), a globally recognized framework for corporate climate action.

By joining this initiative, we commit to reducing our greenhouse gas emissions by 42% by 2030, based on our 2021 emissions, in line with the Paris Agreement’s goal of limiting global warming to 1.5°C.

This commitment is part of our ongoing efforts to minimize our environmental impact and develop more sustainable solutions for our customers and partners.

We firmly believe that the industry has a key role to play in the transition to a more sustainable future. That’s why we will continue to invest in innovative technologies and practices to achieve our climate objectives.
